D-TEAM is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym in Tempe, Arizona, led by head coach Johnny Wirtlock.
People train here to learn real Jiu-Jitsu, get better over time, and train with control.
This is a place for adults, kids, and families who respect their training partners and the room.
Programs
Adult Program
Technical training with pressure and control. Dirty moves are taught for awareness and defense, not to hurt training partners.

A safe, positive program focused on discipline, confidence, and respect.
